Fayetteville held a Veterans Day parade and concert today. Randy was able to attend and grabbed a picture!
He also spent some time at the Confederate Cemetery, which is a beautiful, hidden spot in our town. Here are some pictures Randy took today:
My father was a WWII veteran and here are some pictures from his time in the army.
My dad was stationed in Paris. I have a couple of pictures that are from that time.
I appreciate the service of our veterans and those currently serving. Thank you.
How are you spending your Veterans Day?
In other news, I have been sewing! Check out these two iPad cases:

I hope everyone is surviving the end of Daylight Savings time. It seems the older I get, the harder it is to fall back. Do not confuse that with the older I get, the easier it is for me to fall!
As always, I love your comments.
Love the post and pictures. I always enjoy going to that cemetery hidden on the east side of Fayetteville.
Heading to Brandi’s school for a Veteran’s Day program
Enjoy the program and talk soon!
I had no idea there was such a beautiful, old cemetary in your area. The trees this year are just amazing. I’m working today, but if anyone reading this is a veteran or is active in the military, many thanks for all you’ve done for our country!!
Whoa, those iPad cases look awesome!
Also, love the tree colors!
